Fingerprint Service Guideline

• Fingerprints must be printed on card stock – plain paper is not acceptable. Fingerprints are only available in ink.
• Two forms of identification are required. One must be a government issued photo ID that is not expired (i.e., drivers license, identification cards, passports, weapon carry permits, etc.)
• The second form of identification can be a work ID card, school ID card, voter registration card, Social Security card or birth certificate.
• If using Social Security card or birth certificate, they must be original documents.
• Fingerprinting is done on a walk in basis only – we do not take appointments.
• Fingerprinting is available 24/7.
• The fee is $10.00 for a set of fingerprints. A set of fingerprints is considered one fingerprint card. Additional sets of fingerprints are $10.00 each.
• Payment accepted is cash or credit cards. Cash must be exact change only.
